Sector Integration Explorer

Select your business sector, discover workflow improvement opportunities, estimate possible time savings, and simulate a custom workflow pipeline with mock data.

Who it helps: HVAC, Plumbers, Landscapers, Home Inspectors, Gyms
Manual Problem: Admin bottlenecks and manual double-entry across business tasks.
Replaces: Copy-pasting data manually between Yelp, spreadsheets, QuickBooks, and SMS.
Why it matters: Visualizes how simple connections could support dispatch and customer follow-up after review.
Workforce SchedulingDemo PrototypeMock Data OnlyHuman Review Built In

Coworker Auto Scheduler

A constraint-aware workforce planner for 50 coworkers that balances availability, preferred shifts, time off, hour caps, and qualified capabilities before requiring a manager to confirm the week.

Who it helps: Managers & Teams with Shift Rotations
Manual Problem: Scheduling shifts while balancing availability, rules, and capabilities takes hours.
Replaces: Spreadsheets, manual calendars, and back-and-forth texts to coworkers.
Why it matters: Creates constraint-aware draft schedules instantly for final human approval.

Browser-Local CSV Transposer

A low-risk workflow demo that transposes and cleans sample or sanitized CSV exports in the browser without upload, accounts, storage, APIs, or analytics.

Who it helps: Small Operations Teams, Contractors, Office Admins
Manual Problem: Messy spreadsheet exports need manual row/column cleanup before printing, review, or manual upload.
Replaces: Copying spreadsheet rows and columns by hand across templates.
Why it matters: Shows how a small working tool can create a useful output while avoiding private systems and sensitive data.
Portals & SoftwareDemo PrototypeMock Data OnlyInteractive Sandbox

Lightweight Client Portal

A mock customer portal showcasing project milestone tracking, task approval checklists, and simulated document placeholders.

Who it helps: General Contractors, Remodelers, HVAC Teams
Manual Problem: Homeowners calling constantly to ask for photo updates and milestone status.
Replaces: Dozens of back-and-forth texts, emails, and messy shared folders.
Why it matters: Shows how self-service portals satisfy customers and free up owner time.

What is an API? An API (Application Programming Interface) is a controlled way for software tools to communicate. In our current demos, API behavior is simulated with mock data; real vendor connections require written scope, client-owned access, and security review.

What is a Webhook Token? A webhook token is a shared verification value that helps a receiving system confirm where an event came from. It reduces risk, but production systems still need access rules, logging, rotation, and security review.

How is security handled? Production integrations should use vendor-approved authentication such as OAuth where available, client-owned accounts, least-privilege permissions, and revocable access. The portfolio demos stay simulated unless a production build is separately scoped and reviewed.
